(1) Fostering mutual understanding, testing & enhancing use of common procedures;
(2) Identify future Bi-lateral opportunities for training cooperation;
(3) Increase crews opportunities to come together to integrate tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) into their training in preparation for their operational deploy;
(4) Enhance the skills of Helicopters operators and staff and personnel in using common procedures.
